About Us: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This part-time position requires strong bookkeeping skills with a focus on cleaning up QuickBooks messes, while also offering training to client staff. If you have a knack for diving deep into client accounts and resolving issues, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities: ? Bookkeeping: ? Review, clean up, and manage client QuickBooks records with precision. ? Identify and correct inaccuracies in client financials. ? Implement process improvements for better financial management. ? Training: ? Provide QuickBooks training to client accounting staff as needed. ? Guide clients in improving their bookkeeping efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications: ? Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. ? Extensive experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and QuickBooks. ? Proven ability to resolve complex bookkeeping... issues and clean up financial records. ? Strong communication skills, proficient in QuickBooks and Zoom.
