Position Summary:
? Participate in projects case types such as performance management (coaching, counseling, PIPs, etc.) and data/analysis
? Utilize previous experience handling conversations regarding delivery of performance improvement plans, terminations as well as ability to coach managers in these situations
? Answer and address employee HR-related questions and concerns
? Assist in researching and resolving employee relations inquiries and issues in a timely manner
? Assist in processing leave requests and complaints, necessary investigations, and disciplinary actions
? Utilize demonstrated knowledge of the HR field, including an understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations
? Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion

Requirements: ? High School Diploma or GED ? 1-3 years of experience as HR Generalist in a Tech organization ? Knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel ? Must be highly skilled in pivots, charts, data analysis and formulas ? Ability to multi-task under strict timelines ? Strong time management skills and attention to detail

Preferences:
? Knowledge of Google (G-Suite).Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Chat/GVC etc.
? Prior experience with ServiceNow
? Knowledge of LucidChart, LookerStudio, Asana and DocuSign
