Responsibilities
? Assist other bookkeepers with current clients

? Reconcile accounts on a monthly basis

? Produce monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and projections

? Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate financial records

? Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Suite proficiently

Requirements
? 5 years or more of bookkeeping experience

? 4 years of QuickBooks experience
,
? 2 years of governmental accounting experience

? 2 years of payroll experience
,
? Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite

? HR background is helpful (but not mandatory)

? Certification is a plus, but not a requirement
