You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.? *Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers? concerns

- Previous customer service experience is a plus
