As a Merchandise Host/Hostess, you’ll be the frontline ambassador of our brand, engaging with guests of all ages, helping them find the perfect memento that captures their Disney experience. You’ll work in various themed shops across our parks and resorts, which are as fantastical as our attractions. Each day will be unique, filled with magical moments and new challenges.

You will be responsible for handling merchandise, managing transactions, and ensuring the display is as inviting as our shows and parades. Training will be provided to equip you with the skills needed to excel in your role and understand the vast range of products, from exclusive collectibles to popular plush toys.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is energetic, friendly, and passionate about Disney. You should have an excellent ability to communicate and a knack for sales, helping guests decide among a wonderful array of products while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven customer service experience or a strong willingness to learn.

2. Ability to interact positively and engage with guests of all ages.

3. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

4. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

5. Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately.

6. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds.

7. High school diploma or equivalent.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Greet and assist guests, providing a high level of customer service at all times.

2. Manage financial transactions swiftly and accurately.

3. Maintain the visual appeal of the store, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and attractively displayed.

4. Handle merchandise with care and assist in inventory management.

5. Resolve guest issues with empathy and efficiency.

6. Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.

7. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Educational Qualifications:**
