Essential Functions/Responsibilities
? Manage executive appointments and calendar.
? Organize and manage email correspondence.
? Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
? Handle social media management.
? Create workflows and processes.
? Research and recommend technologies.
? Administer CRM updates and data entry.
? Arrange travel, including flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations.
? Assist with project coordination and event planning.
? Provide personal task assistance as needed.

Key Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Available Monday to Friday during business hours, dedicating at least 20 hours per week.
? Experience in an administrative support role.
? In-home office setup with a Mac or PC (including webcam) with a minimum 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8 GB RAM, and the most recent version of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
? Fast and reliable internet connection.
? Smartphone with email capabilities.
? Designated professional and quiet workspace.

Additional Information
? This is a 1099 contractor role.
? The pay range for Virtual Assistants is (18 - )21 per hour based on experience and skill set. Contractors are paid a fixed rate once per month based on contracted hours. We do not guarantee hours or clients.
? All applicants may be subject to a background check prior to an offer of employment or contract being issued.
