What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Proactively recruit construction projects into energy design assistance programs
• Identify, track, and cultivate prospective participants in utility programs
• Engage in regular outreach activities such as architect/engineer lunch and learns and trade show presentations
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and partners
• Work with managers to meet participation and revenue goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field OR 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in the construction industry
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Knowledge of local architectural design and construction industry
• Quantitative and critical thinking skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on commitments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in the architecture or engineering industry
• Knowledge of energy solutions and sustainability practices
