Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
? Client Engagement: Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
? Data Management: Accurately maintain and update client and prospect information within our CRM system.
? Documentation Review: Prepare and manage new account documents, ensuring thoroughness and regulatory compliance.
? Operational Assistance: Support daily office activities, including scheduling, meeting arrangements, and correspondence management.
? Project Support: Collaborate with the operations team on special projects, contributing to research and strategic implementation.
? Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing corporate events and social gatherings for employees.
? Office Oversight: Manage office supplies, maintain organized common areas, and liaise with vendors.
? Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and advance within the company.
