Key Responsibilities

? Inform customers about our current offerings and promotions.
? Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively assist clients.
? Play an integral role in achieving the team?s daily, monthly, and yearly sales objectives.
? Update and manage sales reporting systems diligently.
? Facilitate and oversee weekly sales meetings, ensuring that the agenda is followed, team collaboration is encouraged, and key action items are tracked.
? Manage and update sales channels and platforms as needed.
Required Skills
? Exceptional communication skills, with perfect proficiency in English, as this role involves interaction with US clients.
? An enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic demeanor, with a strong commitment to delivering top-notch service.
? Basic comprehension of sales principles and customer service strategies.
? Familiarity with marketing fundamentals and the ability to analyze market research and consumer behavior.
? Proficiency in creating spreadsheets and interpreting quantitative data to assess ROI and KPI metrics, including managing email campaigns and maintaining marketing materials.
Qualifications
