Responsibilities

Qualifications
? Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a call center environment.
? Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
? Familiarity with technology sales is a plus.
? Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
? Experience with calling techniques is desirable.
? Proficient in using software tools for managing customer interactions.
