A healthcare organization in New York City is seeking a Remote Claims User Acceptance Tester. The Remote Claims User Acceptance Tester will be responsible for:
? Acting as a subject matter expert in validating that business requirements are met before project go-live
? Leading and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) events for timely project delivery
? Creating and managing UAT plans, test cases, and specifications
? Handling UAT planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting
? Participating in data mining activities to understand requirements and solution design
? Collaborating with IT, CORE, and Claims teams to meet UAT objectives
? Identifying and managing risks and issues related to UAT

Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree ? 4+ years of IT quality assurance and testing experience ? Knowledge of creating test plans, cases, scripts, and procedures ? Prior experience in user acceptance testing and various testing levels (unit, integration, system) ? Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes in scope ? Strong collaboration skills with Business Analysts and technical teams ? Detailed, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Knowledge of medical care, government programs, and commercial lines-of-business
? Project management certification
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
