Job Summary...
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves direct interaction with customers to respond to inquiries.
Key Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a professional and timely manner ? Keep records of customer interactions, recording inquiries submitted as well as actions taken ? Maintain product knowledge to answer basic customer questions ? Work with other departments to resolve customer issues that require more than basic product knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role ? Communication and presentation skills ? Time management skills ? Problem solving skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications: ? Associate?s or bachelor?s degree ? Experience in [Industry] ? Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
