We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Walt Disney in Dallas, Texas. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any questions or concerns they may have
Build relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with their experience
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the team
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term success
