The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and enthusiastic personality and be eager to grow. Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and with a strong team spirit.

POSITION DUTIES
? Generate Monthly and Daily Inventory reports
? Assist Back office and Sales team on any inventory/production related inquiries
? Assist CFO with reporting requests
? Assist Controller with month end closures
? Various Data review and consolidation activities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
? Educational background in accounting is a plus
? 1 year of related experience
? Skilled in the use of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, at an intermediate level (vlookup, pivot is a must)
? Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written
? Ability to quickly adapt to change
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with accuracy
? Skilled in working with arithmetic and mathematical concepts.
? Strong time management abilities
? Effective problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
