Key Responsibilities
? Lead the strategic vision and management of IT systems and infrastructure.
? Oversee the successful implementation and integration of software solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
? Resolve IT challenges and ensure seamless technology functionality within our co-working space.
? Collaborate with department heads to identify IT needs and craft tailored solutions.
? Educate staff on new technologies and processes, enhancing their technical capabilities.
? Cultivate relationships with IT vendors and consultants for optimal technology utilization.
? Address technical requirements for both in-person and virtual events and conferences.

Required Skills
? Bachelor?s degree in IT or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
? Proven experience in implementing, integrating, and managing cloud-based software such as Salesforce.
? 3-5 years of experience in leading IT teams within small business settings.
? Strong technical acumen, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite, alongside network administration skills.
? Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
? A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to advancing the clean energy sector.
