As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at VRL Diagnostics, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online live chat communication channels. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues

• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service

• Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement
