As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in creating a world-class customer experience for Amazon customers. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries, from product support to order status, and everything in between. Key Responsibilities: ? Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. ? Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers. ? Assist customers with navigating Amazon's website and mobile applications. ? Document customer interactions with accuracy.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Strong typing and computer navigation skills. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ? Self-discipline and the ability to work independently. ? Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
