Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Project Assistant to join our nonprofit organization, which is committed to empowering parents and families facing mental health challenges. This remote role requires an organized individual with a proactive attitude who can effectively support our operational needs and contribute to meaningful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will:
? Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive program data, reports, and trackers to ensure operational efficiency.
? Assist with the development of grant submissions and programmatic reports.
? Conduct thorough research on policy, demographics, and historical data to elevate project outcomes.
? Organize and oversee key project trackers, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met with precision.
? Ensure that all external written communications adhere to quality standards and convey consistent messaging.
? Manage requests and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
? Provide administrative support for logistical arrangements for events, both virtually and in-person when necessary.
? Collaborate closely with the Project Director and team to fulfill our organizational objectives.

Required Skills

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria:
? Lived experience as a parent or caregiver of a child facing mental health or behavioral health challenges is essential.
? Residing in Pennsylvania is a requirement.
? A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, including volunteer roles within relevant contexts.

Compensation And Benefits

This part-time position offers:
? Competitive hourly wages ranging from (15 to )18.
? A family-friendly schedule of Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
