As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various customer service roles. Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the customer service industry


• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong decision-making abilities


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• High-speed internet connection and a reliable home office setup

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, and networking


• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications


• Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and hiring managers


• Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers


• Maintain and update the ATS with candidate information and hiring progress


• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
