Remote but must attend quarterly PI planning meetings in Washington, DC.

Looking for Mid level developer with Data Cloud experience.

We seek a highly skilled Mid to Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to lead and enhance our customer data strategies. This role will focus on implementing, optimizing, and managing Salesforce Data Cloud to unify, segment, and activate customer data for personalized engagement. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, understands complex data structures, and can collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Led the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Data Cloud for effective data unification and customer segmentation.

Design and execute data ingestion processes to pull customer data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to define customer data requirements, use cases, and desired business outcomes.

Build and maintain customer segments and data profiles within Data Cloud to enable personalized and targeted engagement across channels.

Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud features to enhance the customer journey and recommend new strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

Guide data governance and ensure data quality standards across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Analyze and interpret data to generate insights, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to data integration, segmentation, and activation.

Email creation to support the activation of segmentation.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to Salesforce Data Cloud best practices within the organization.

Salesforce.com Certified Data Cloud Consultant required

Skills:

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Marketing Cloud Personalization/ Evergage /Interaction Studio Experience

SAFe /Agile development experience

The successful candidate will have proven experience.

with:

Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Mid Level, 5-9 years of experience working with Salesforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer Data Platforms, or similar customer data solutions.

Proficiency in data management, segmentation, ETL processes, and data modeling.

Experience with data privacy and compliance standards, especially in handling PII and GDPR/CCPA regulations.

Strong communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salesforce Data Cloud Certification (Required).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.

Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud

Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter for ETL workflows, transformations, and data integration tasks.
