Overview
The Scheduling Administrator is responsible for direct coordination and management of the daily schedules for Field Technicians providing fire protection services to a wide variety of customers.
In Short
? Coordinate and manage daily schedules for Field Technicians.
? Utilize Field Service Management software for scheduling.
? Field emergency service calls and reroute technicians.
? Ensure customer service standards are met.
? Maintain up-to-date information for technicians.
? Assist with administrative tasks and compliance reports.
? Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
? Flexible hybrid schedule after training.
? Pay ranges from $25-$28/hour.
? Work primarily in Spokane, WA.
Requirements
? High School Diploma or GED required.
? 1-year administrative experience preferred.
? Scheduling and/or dispatching experience preferred.
? Knowledge of fire life safety industry preferred.
? Advanced computer skills required.
? Excellent customer service skills.
? Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
