This teammate will be creating and optimizing ads, managing budgets, conducting keyword research, and implementing strategies to enhance ad visibility across Google Ads platforms.

Salary Range: PHP 70,000 - 90,000 per month

The Role
? Campaign Optimization: Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
? Data Analytics: Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
? Research: Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to identify opportunities for campaign expansion and targeting.
? Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient spending and maximum ROI.
? A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.

Requirements
? 3+ years of experience with Google Ads in doing paid search and display ads management
? Proficient with G Suite
? Experienced with Google Analytics, Looker or similar analytics tool
? Baseline knowledge of Asana or similar project management tool
? Great written and verbal English communication skills
? Ability to work EST
