What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Analyze user behavior, logs, and alerts from various technologies for clients across different industries
• Monitor, investigate SIEM alarms and client support requests
• Assist in developing and tuning new SIEM detection capabilities
• Document Incident Response activities
• Conduct vulnerability scans, analyze results, and suggest remediations
• Report on security threats, metrics, and defense effectiveness to various client audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity, risk management, security operations, network operations, or equivalent knowledge
• Basic knowledge of attacker behavior, motivations, and defense architectures
• Experience with anti-malware, endpoint telemetry, or EDR products
• Proficiency with enterprise security technologies such as SIEM, next-gen firewalls, and vulnerability scanning tools
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS command lines
• Experience developing technical documentation and working with programming languages such as Python or Go
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
