Lead the Weekly/Quarterly S&OP process for a major telecommunications account across various devices
Develop demand forecasts to align with sales, financial, and inventory goals
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to optimize inventory levels and production capabilities
Communicate daily with headquarters and local teams regarding production allocation and inventory management
Manage aging inventories and coordinate clearance plans with relevant teams
Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years' experience in sales operations, supply chain management, or a related field
Experience in a high-volume retail environment, preferably within consumer electronics or packaged goods
Proficiency in advanced supply chain management systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Experience in the mobile or telecommunications industries
Proven success in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
