Virtual Assistant / Sales Assistant - Reply to Email & Facebook Messages

I am looking for someone to help manage my sales process.

You will be tasked with the following tasks...

1. Manage our Automated Email Outreach process, by editing and uploading leads sheet into Lemlist, replying to email and booking in video call appointments into our calendar.

2. Manage out Facebook Outreach Process, by adding 40-50 new people per day on my personal Facebook profile, you will send out the initial outreach message and follow up with our provided scripts.

3. Once you're trained up you will be replying to messages on both platforms (Facebook & Email), you will reply to prospects with the end goal of booking in appointments.

4. At the end of everyday you must track all activity, number of emails sent, replied to and number of Facebook ads/accepted along with number of replies and people who have responded/ booked appointment.
