What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage and resolve customer issues
• Provide customers with flight, route, and pricing information
• Identify and escalate priority issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior airline reservations system experience preferred
• At least 1 year of call center experience
• Valid driver?s license and reliable Internet service
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Fluency in Spanish or Japanese
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
