• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing and behavioral therapy
• Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Stay current on best practices in mental health treatment through ongoing education and training

Qualifications
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• State licensure as a Mental Health Therapist
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred
• Proficiency in psychopharmacology and clinical research is a plus
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective therapy sessions
• Ability to conduct group therapy sessions effectively
