Junior IT Support Officer (Remote)

Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior IT Support Officer (Remote) to join our growing global team. As an integral part of our IT support operations, you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance within the organization. You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, support remote employees, maintain systems, and escalate unresolved queries to higher-level support staff.
