Junior Product Data Manager

About the position As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable data solutions using Databricks, PySpark, and Azure Cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance applications that drive business impact. This is a hybrid role with no travel required, offering the opportunity to work on innovative projects that enhance services and positively impact society. Responsibilities • Define a clear product vision and strategy for data products aligned with business goals. • Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing data initiatives based on business impact and technical feasibility. • Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to build and deploy effective data products. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Apply strong knowledge of data architecture and data modeling to ensure scalable and efficient data solutions. Requirements • 3-5 years of experience as a developer with strong proficiency in Databricks and PySpark. • Extensive experience with Azure cloud services including deployment and management of applications. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively. • Strong communication skills capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-haves • Familiarity with Life and Annuities Insurance domain and understanding of industry-specific data requirements. • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in data engineering and cloud deployment.
