L2 - Account Executive on the Key Accounts Team

Role OverviewAs an Account Executive on the Key Accounts Team, you will play a key supporting role in managing and growing some of our most strategic restaurant partners. You'll work closely with the Senior Account Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective campaign execution, and insightful reporting that drives business decisions.This role is ideal for someone with 12 years of experience in account management, operations, or data-driven roles, who's passionate about relationship management, operational excellence, and commercial performance.Scope & ResponsibilitiesWhat We're Looking For1. Account Support & OperationsSupport the Senior Account Manager in managing day-to-day partner relationships.Liaise with restaurant site managers and operations teams to resolve operational or performance issues.Ensure timely follow-up on partner queries, campaigns, and reporting needs.2. Reporting & AnalysisAssist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal reports, working closely with commercial and data teams.Track performance metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven recommendations for growth.Maintain up-to-date dashboards and trackers to monitor account health and campaign performance.3. Marketing & Campaign ExecutionSupport planning and execution of partner marketing campaigns and activations.Coordinate with internal marketing and design teams for campaign assets and reporting post-launch.4. Projects & Cross-functional CollaborationContribute to team projects, sprints, and central initiatives aimed at improving account performance.Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Data to ensure alignment.12 years experience in account management, operations, or a similar role (F&B, e-commerce, or tech experience preferred).Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and present insights from performance data.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with dashboards or BI tools is a plus.Why DeliverooOur mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders.
