Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LADC Evening Primary Counselor to provide clinical services to adult clients in our telehealth program. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based counseling services, including assessments, group therapy, individual therapy, and treatment coordination. You'll work collaboratively with our Clinical Director, Telehealth Program Manager, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal client outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Service Delivery: Provide 245G compliant clinical services to adult clients via telehealth, including assessments, program intakes, group therapy, individual therapy, individualized treatment plans, treatment coordination, and continuum of care planning. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant client records, ensuring funder requirements and audit readiness. Clinical Supervision: Attend weekly clinical supervision sessions as directed by the Telehealth Program Manager. Evidence-Based Practices: Utilize evidence-based practices as directed by the Telehealth Program Manager, staying up-to-date on best practices in addiction counseling. Community Relationships: Build and maintain community relationships to enhance clinical service outcomes, client referrals, and client care. Reporting and Communication: Report clinical service information to the Telehealth Program Manager, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Backup Services: Provide backup for direct services at any location, as needed. Requirements and Qualifications Education and Experience: Licensure: Current license to practice as an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADC or ADC-T) in a licensed out-patient setting (245G) or exempt from licensure under MN Statute 148C. Mental Health Professional: Mental health professional preferred but not mandatory. Bachelor's Degree: BA in Human Service Field or related experience. Clinical Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in delivering clinical services in a 245G setting. Essential Skills and Competencies: Client-Centered Delivery: Superior skills in client-centered delivery of services. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Evidence-Based Practices: Knowledge of evidence-based clinical service tools in a substance abuse model of service delivery. Co-Occurring Issues: Experience working with a population with co-occurring issues. Diverse Population: Experience working with a diverse population. Trauma-Informed Care: Knowledge of trauma-informed delivery of services. Ethical Standards: High ethical standards in practice. Computer Skills: Required computer skills - Procentive. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Salary: $58,000 - $62,000 per year.
