Landing Page Designer For E-commerce Brands [UX / UI]

The Job We're a brand network spending up to $200k/day on ads. We need a designer who can produce high-converting ecommerce landing pages — fast. You'll get briefs from copywriters, interpret them visually, and ship designs that sell. Then you'll see real performance data on what you made. Most design roles give you vague feedback months later. Here, you'll know if your work converts within days. High volume, fast loops, real stakes. What You'll Actually Do Design landing pages. Lots of them. Take briefs from copywriters and translate them into layouts that guide buyers through the page. Apply CRO principles — you understand what makes people scroll, click, and buy. You design for conversion, not just aesthetics. Study what works on high-performing ecom landing pages. Model the best. Improve on it. Move fast without sacrificing clarity. We care about output that converts, not pixel-perfect portfolios that sit in Figma. Ship in Figma. Building in Pagedeck is a plus — if you can design and build, even better. ✅ You Might Be a Fit If... You've designed landing pages before — ideally ecommerce. You understand that design isn't decoration, it's persuasion. You know CRO. You think about buyer psychology, visual hierarchy, friction points, and what makes someone act. You're fast. Not sloppy-fast, but efficient. You don't overthink. You ship, learn, iterate. You want reps. You're at a stage where volume will make you better, and you're hungry for it. You want feedback. Real data, not opinions. You'd rather know your design flopped and learn from it than guess forever. Not a Fit If... You're precious about your work. Things move fast here — you can't spend three days on a single layout. You think of landing pages as "lesser" design work. This is the job. You've never thought about conversion, buyer journey, or what makes people act. Background Mid to senior level. You've done this before. CRO knowledge required. You understand conversion principles, not just design principles. Ecommerce landing page experience is a strong plus. Tools: Figma required. Pagedeck experience is a plus (or willingness to learn fast). Portfolio required. Show me landing pages. Show me ecom if you have it. Show me work that was built to convert, not just look good. What You Won't Do Brand identity projects. App design. Endless revisions on one hero image. This is landing pages. Volume. Performance. Team & Setup Fully remote. You'll report to the Head of Media and work directly with the CMO/CEO. No layers. Your work gets seen by decision-makers, and you'll learn from people who've scaled brands to 8 and 9 figures. Part of a design team — you're not alone, but you'll have real ownership. Compensation Base salary + up to 100% monthly bonus based on landing page performance. Your designs convert → you make more.
