As a Lead Data Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest quality of customer and contract data, leading data cleansing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data products that align with strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities Data Quality Analysis and Improvement: Identify, analyze, assess, document, and communicate potential quality issues in the way data is collected, stored, processed, or used. Develop and implement plans to address data quality challenges and ensure data integrity. Data Cleansing and Standardization: Lead data cleansing projects to standardize transactional processes and ensure seamless handoff to longer-term ownership. Develop and execute plans for maintaining data integrity based on findings from root cause analysis. Data Quality Metrics and Reporting: Create data quality metrics to measure the current state of data integrity and the success of data quality initiatives. Perform data analysis and communicate trends and patterns to stakeholders. Data Governance and Compliance: Partner with the Data Governance senior manager to build a culture of data accountability. Support the deployment of the Customer Solutions Data Governance vision and strategies. Stakeholder Management: Build and deliver presentations and communications that explain critical metrics and findings to stakeholders with some guidance. Prioritize data quality projects based on Data Governance principles and strategic initiatives. Data Documentation and Maintenance: Manage data quality documentation by defining and maintaining data rules and definitions. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a similar field. Work Experience: 4+ years of work experience, with 2+ years of experience in data transformation and cleansing. Technical Skills: Advanced experience with Excel, SQL, and PowerBI. Understanding of database and data modeling concepts. Data Governance: Knowledgeable in data governance concepts, including the need for documented definitions, calculations, sources, lineage, etc. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree: Master's or higher degree in a related discipline. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of IDN and Definitive data. Skills and Competencies Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address data quality issues. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring data integrity and quality. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and prioritize data quality projects based on Data Governance principles and strategic initiatives.
