We're looking for: We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to join a small, fast-moving innovation team that incubates new products and solutions from concept to launch. You will be involved in identifying opportunities, framing complex problems, and transforming early-stage ideas into validated solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of product management experience, including proven success launching innovative products from inception to delivery. You Are: • Entrepreneurial. You Will: • Discover & Investigate: Frame problems and deep dive the most promising opportunities. • Inspire & Organize: Streamline the playbook for others to pitch ideas with clear feedback loops, evaluation criteria, and defined gates. Intersperse with periodic “innovation tournament” style events. • Experiment & Learn: Work fast to validate ideas and assumptions early and often using the latest in no-code and low-code techniques. • Align & Influence: Write clear narratives, bring stakeholders along for the ride, and create organizational momentum as opportunities flourish. • Deliver Impact: Translate validated opportunities into actionable roadmaps that lead to real, measurable business outcomes. • Measure & Iterate: Use data and feedback to evaluate success, iterate quickly, and refine product strategies for scalability. Who You Will Work With: • Reporting to the VP, Product - Platform and Innovation, this role will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and executive stakeholders. • Frequent cross-functional interaction to ensure innovation initiatives align with company strategy and long-term goals. Must Have’s: • Minimum of 10+ years of product management experience, including zero-to-one or incubation work with shipped outcomes. Proven success in defining and launching high-impact and innovative products. • Exceptional drive and a proven ability to deliver results, consistently overcoming obstacles with a proactive and unfazed approach. • True passion for crafting something from nothing. Experience with design thinking, lean startup, and other innovation methodologies such as lean experimentation and rapid prototyping. • Enthusiastic curiosity about the latest technology and innovation trends. • Highly analytical with strong conceptual thinking and creative, business-focused problem solving skills. • Ability to evaluate alternatives quantitatively and qualitatively and make compelling recommendations based on proven business case analysis. • Communicate crisply in writing and in person - you simplify complexity and drive decisions. • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership. • Mentor team members to promote skill growth and increase team capability. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. • Experience working in agile environments and managing customer-facing digital products. • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-paced environment.
