Lead Scaled Performance Manager (Remote)

Accountabilities • Design and execute scaled outreach programs that support customers through key lifecycle moments. • Create and deliver standardized performance communications, including email campaigns and educational content. • Host live and recorded webinars focused on performance insights and best practices. • Translate common customer questions and usage patterns into scalable guidance and resources. • Partner with teams across the organization to align messaging and ensure customer needs are met. Requirements • 4–7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enablement roles, ideally in scaled engagement models. • Experience in supporting large customer bases through programs like webinars or lifecycle campaigns. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to convey insights clearly. • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, analytics dashboards, and CRM systems. • Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
