Location: Remote (with opportunities for in-store interactions) Compensation: Competitive hourly salary ($15.00 to $22.00) with tip sharing (average hourly wage with tips: $18 to $20/hr) Company: Workwarp (operating LeanFeast) Department Overview As a LeanFeast Team Member, you'll be an integral part of our customer-centric team, providing exceptional service and preparing high-quality meals that meet our customers' nutritional needs. Our team is built on a foundation of passion for health and fitness, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our crew. Anticipated Hours Per Week: 10 to 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling available Weekday shifts starting as early as 7am, afternoon/evening shifts until 7:30 - 8pm Weekend availability preferred Position Summary/Job Duties: As a LeanFeast Team Member, you'll be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service and building meals that meet our customers' needs Restocking ingredients, preparing raw foods, cooking, and dishwashing Maintaining a clean and organized store environment Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge Responsibilities: Customer Service/Meal Building: Engage with customers, answer questions, and build meals that meet their dietary needs and preferences Restocking: Replenish ingredients, supplies, and materials to ensure seamless operations Raw Food Prep: Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, slicing, and portioning Cooking: Prepare high-quality meals according to LeanFeast's recipes and cooking procedures Dishwashing: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment General Cleaning: Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash Qualifications: To succeed as a LeanFeast Team Member, you'll need: Passion for Health and Fitness: A genuine interest in healthy living and a desire to help others achieve their wellness goals Energetic and Outgoing Personality: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic Knowledge of Nutrition: Familiarity with various diets and nutrition concepts (e.g., macros, keto, paleo, whole30) is a plus Prior Restaurant Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required Physical Demands: General restaurant labor, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending C Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At LeanFeast, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
