Progressive IT Solutions is a Managed Service Company located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, seeking a Level 1 Technician to support clients both onsite and remotely. The role involves providing basic Windows support, foundational networking knowledge, and understanding of Microsoft 365 environments while maintaining a customer-first mindset. Responsibilities Support clients onsite and remotely across the DFW region Provide remote support and travel onsite to client locations in DFW Skills Basic Windows 10/11 support experience Foundational networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN troubleshooting) Understanding of Microsoft 365 environments (Azure AD basics, Teams, OneDrive; Intune a plus) Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset Drive and ambition to grow into Level 2 responsibilities Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance Ability to provide remote support and travel onsite to client locations in DFW Professional, self-driven, and eager to learn Real-world experience and certifications are valued and preferred Company Overview Progressive IT Solutions offers compliance, managed IT and cybersecurity services for various firms.
