Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team. As a Licensed Therapist with our organization, you'll have the freedom to run your practice without the administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on what truly matters – helping your clients and building the practice you've always envisioned. Our ideal candidate is a licensed therapist in Minnesota with a strong commitment to client care and accessibility. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional therapy services to clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for them to share their concerns and work towards their goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our cloud-based electronic medical records system, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues. Collaborate with a community of professionals to enhance practice development, sharing best practices and staying up-to-date on the latest research and techniques. Participate in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities, including free continuing education (CE) classes and consultations, to stay current and expand your skillset. Essential Qualifications: Must be fully licensed in the state of Minnesota as one of the following: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Psychologist Strong commitment to client care and accessibility, with a passion for delivering high-quality therapy services. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a similar setting or with a similar population. Familiarity with cloud-based electronic medical records systems. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation structure, with estimated annual earnings ranging from $75,000 to $185,000 based on a full-time caseload.
