We serve K–12 school districts, colleges, career technology centers, municipalities, counties, and religious facilities in Oklahoma and the surrounding region. Whether we are designing new spaces or revitalizing existing ones, we are committed to delivering exceptional architecture that reflects our clients' vision while enhancing functionality and aesthetic value. Job Responsibilities • Provide responsive, real-time support to clients through live chat channels. • Assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding our services. • Maintain a deep understanding of CWA Group's offerings to effectively assist clients. • Document and track client interactions to ensure issues are resolved and client satisfaction is achieved. • Communicate with team members to address and escalate client issues as necessary. • Stay updated on new product features, services, and policies to provide accurate information. • Contribute to team performance by assisting with the organization of FAQs and best response practices. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications or related field is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations. • Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality customer service. Desired Experience • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in live chat environments. • Familiarity with architecture and design concepts is an advantage but not mandatory. • Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
