Job Description: Job Summary: Will lead the development of Loss Prevention platforms to include configuration, maintenance, and ongoing administration, as well as support of IT initiatives as required. Strong LP product and business knowledge is required to facilitate conversations with stakeholders, provide guidance and mentoring to the LP Systems Analyst I, and support the business as a SME. This role will require advanced critical thinking skills and expertise in multiple Product/Domain knowledge areas that guide, inform, and provide insights on what product enhancements, maintenance, and efficiencies are needed. Major Areas of Responsibility Lead Loss Prevention solution development, design, and administration Serve as a product expert that guides, informs, and provides insights on what enhancements, maintenance, and efficiencies are needed Leverage declarative development tools to design, build, and update new features in Salesforce or similar relation database platform Evaluate, scope, and coordinate development requirements with Senior LP Systems team when code-based solutions are needed Serve as the primary investigations management system administrator with 3,000+ users Partner with their Manager to understand priorities and features and support driving design completion with support from the Systems Analyst Serve as lead Liaison between LP, IT, and 3rd party vendors by understanding business processes and translating into system functionality requirements Lead the preparation and delivery the system demos Stay up to date on relational database releases and perform testing in sandbox environments Troubleshoot problems escalated by the specialist to determine root cause where possible, fixing and escalating appropriately Follow and model Security Best Practices; Maintain profiles, sharing rules, permission sets and public groups Support development of training material and coach Field LP users to facilitate user adoption and understanding Build analytical tools and reports that will improve the LP organization’s productivity and identification of emerging theft trends Represent and advocate for the LP business on other IT related projects as needed Participate in special assignments with a shrink reduction and/or investigative focus Minimum job skills required to perform this job. Proficient in Microsoft office suite Salesforce Administrator certification preferred Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Visualforce, or other similar platform preferred Knowledge of Apex/Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly and independently Demonstrated experience in design and implementation of new processes, and facilitation of successful user adoption The ability to work a full-time schedule to support the business during standard business hours and outside of standard business hours as needed Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive and inquisitive attitude with excellent follow-up skills Minimum experience required to perform this job. 3+ years experience in related role Benefits include Associate discount; 401(k) match; medical/dental/vision; HSA; health care FSA; life insurance; short/long-term disability; paid holidays/vacation /sick/bereavement/parental leave; EAP; incentive programs for management; auto/home insurance discounts; tuition reimbursement; scholarship program; adoption/surrogacy assistance; smoking cessation; child care/cell phone discounts; pet/legal insurance; credit union; referral bonuses. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
