Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and profitability for the B2B sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audience and create targeted marketing campaigns. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the B2B sector. Set and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI. Monitor and track marketing performance against established KPIs and make recommendations for adjustments as needed. Create and present reports on marketing activities, budget utilization, and ROI to senior management. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of marketing plans. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing and incorporate them into strategies. Oversee the administration of marketing initiatives, including project timelines, approvals, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and support sales initiatives. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline budget planning and administration processes. Communicate and coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of marketing strategies. Uphold Mastercard's brand standards and guidelines in all marketing activities.
