The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)plays a critical role in shaping the financial direction of At Home. This individual will lead core forecasting, budgeting, analytical insights, and performance management activities that directly influence strategic decision-making across Ecommerce and Marketing. You will report to the Director, FP&A and work closely with a team of (Sr.) Financial Analysts while serving as a key business partner to senior leaders in Ecommerce and Marketing. This role requires a strong finance professional with demonstrated experience in digital commerce and marketing analytics who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, excels at turning data into actionable insights, and is motivated by the opportunity to advance financial rigor, transparency, and performance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Lead the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for revenue, margin, EBITDA, cash flow, labor, and operating expenses, with specific focus on e-commerce revenue streams, digital marketing spend, and online conversion metrics. • Drive the annual budgeting process, partnering closely with Ecommerce and Marketing leadership to align assumptions, financial targets, and investment priorities across digital channels. • Build and enhance dynamic financial models for e-commerce scenario planning, marketing mix optimization, customer lifetime value analysis, and digital investment business cases. • Deliver timely, accurate, and insight-rich reporting packages for leadership, including variance analysis, KPIs, and trends across e-commerce performance metrics (conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition costs) and marketing effectiveness. • Identify drivers of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance in the digital space, translating complex e-commerce and marketing data into meaningful financial recommendations. • Track and analyze performance and investment returns of strategic initiatives across e-commerce platforms, digital marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and omnichannel initiatives, providing clear ROI assessments and optimization recommendations. • Partner with Ecommerce and Marketing teams to develop financial frameworks for evaluating digital initiatives, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and website optimization investments. • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analyst team; establish standards for financial modeling, e-commerce analytics, accuracy, and business partnership. • Work closely with Accounting/Controllership to ensure accuracy and alignment across close, reporting, and forecast processes. • Strengthen forecasting, reporting, and analytics capabilities through process optimization, automation, and standardization, particularly in integrating e-commerce and marketing data sources. • Leverage ERP, planning platforms, BI tools, and e-commerce analytics platforms to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision quality. QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or finance roles with increasing responsibility, with demonstrated exposure to e-commerce and/or marketing finance. • Proven experience supporting Ecommerce and/or Marketing organizations through financial planning, analysis, and strategic partnership. • Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROAS), and digital marketing channels. • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience managing financial analysts. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced financial modeling skills; experience with e-commerce analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) highly valued. • Strong financial analysis and modeling abilities with exceptional attention to detail, particularly in building models that incorporate digital marketing and e-commerce variables. • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and with executive presence, translating digital metrics into financial language for diverse audiences. • Strong communication skills: oral, written, and presentation, with experience presenting to e-commerce and marketing leadership. • SAP experience a plus. • Experience in retail or omnichannel environments a plus. • Hands-on, data driven approach to problem solving with comfort navigating both financial systems and digital analytics platforms. • Strong integrity, hard-working, and driven to deliver financial results while maintaining strong partnerships with digital business leaders.
