We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join us as the Manager of Sustainability Standards & Partnerships at Netflix. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our commitment to sustainability and drive positive change in the entertainment industry. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sustainability standards and experience in building partnerships to drive sustainable practices. Develop and implement sustainability standards and initiatives for Netflix, in line with industry best practices and global sustainability goals. Build and maintain partnerships with relevant organizations and stakeholders in the sustainability space, including NGOs, industry associations, and governmental bodies. Lead cross-functional teams to drive sustainability projects and initiatives, collaborating with various departments including production, operations, and marketing. Conduct research and analysis on emerging sustainability trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for integrating them into Netflix's operations. Monitor and report on the progress and impact of sustainability efforts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Develop and manage budgets and resources for sustainability projects and partnerships. Communicate and promote sustainability efforts internally and externally, including through public speaking engagements and media interviews. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to sustainability and ensure compliance. Act as a subject matter expert on sustainability, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners. Continuously evaluate and improve Netflix's sustainability strategy, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and industry developments. Netflix is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
