Oversee and manage all tax operations for hedge fund clients. Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hedge fund clients. Monitor and analyze tax implications and potential risks for hedge fund investments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax filings. Train and mentor team members on tax processes and procedures. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in tax laws. Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on tax related matters. Conduct reviews and audits of tax processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liability for clients. Manage and oversee tax reporting and documentation for hedge fund clients. Ensure accuracy and completeness of tax filings and documentation. Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
