The salary range for this ro le, based in Louisiana, is $92,160. 00 to $115,200.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. In this role, you’ll lead the execution of our portfolio strategy across a designated geography and channel, working closely with distributor partners and internal teams. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, ensuring alignment with regional priorities, and using data to identify opportunities and deliver results. Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities Market Execution & Performance Lead local market-level planning and execution of net sales, pricing compliance, and execution of brand standards. Leverage data & analytics tools to assess performance and identify growth opportunities. Manage key account relationships and ensure execution of national and local programs. Distributor & Internal Collaboration Partner with distributor leadership and internal teams to build and execute local plans aligned with financial goals and KPIs. Coordinate with Customer Success, Field Marketing, and Chains teams to support sell-through and activation efforts. Ensure consistent communication and alignment with distributor partners and internal stakeholders. Operational Excellence Track forecasts, manage local pricing strategies, and provide monthly performance updates. Monitor retail pricing and recommend programming to capitalize on market opportunities. Ensure compliance with data tracking tools and manage POS logistics and budget. What’s in it for me? Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. 5–7 years of sales experience in wine, spirits, or consumer goods, with a strong track record of distributor management. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience using data tools to drive strategy and execution. Willingness to travel up to 40%. Working Conditions Field Environment: Work is performed in a typical field environment with moderate demands for movement and lifting. Normal visual, hearing and language acuity required for correspondence and computer usage. Frequent travel by land and/or air in diverse weather conditions is required.
