Who you are Experienced operator: You bring 5–8+ years of experience in marketing operations and/or growth marketing, ideally in a B2B environment. Process-driven: You have a strong track record of building scalable processes—governance frameworks, playbooks, documentation, and KPIs are second nature to you. Marketing tech savvy: You’ve worked hands-on with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, and are comfortable owning and evolving a marketing tech stack. Execution-focused: You’ve managed complex operational initiatives such as new platform implementations, integrations, or large-scale process changes. Collaborative communicator: You communicate clearly and enjoy working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, data, IT, and compliance teams. Detail-oriented & pragmatic: You care about data quality, attribution, and operational excellence, while keeping the bigger picture in mind. That's the job Marketing tech ownership: Own and optimize the marketing technology stack (primarily HubSpot), partnering with Web, IT, Data, and Compliance to ensure smooth integrations and reliable data flows. Campaign operations: Provide operational support for cross-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns, programs, and events. Scalable enablement: Design reusable templates, segmentation logic, and workflows—leveraging AI where possible—to enable personalized marketing at scale. Lead management & attribution: Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Sales, and Data teams to continuously improve lead routing, scoring, data hygiene, and channel attribution. Automation & growth support: Work closely with Email and Growth Marketers to support automation, personalization, and nurture programs with a strong operational lens. Governance & documentation: Establish and maintain clear governance frameworks, playbooks, and processes for campaign execution, lead flow, and measurement. Measurement & insights: Support tracking and analysis of KPIs across campaigns, channels, and programs to assess marketing effectiveness and inform decision-making.
