Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new marketing technology tools and platforms. Manage and optimize existing marketing technology systems and processes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing technology to drive innovation and improve customer experience. Conduct regular audits and tests to ensure the accuracy and functionality of marketing technology systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing technology tools. Create and maintain documentation for marketing technology systems and processes. Train and educate team members on the use and capabilities of marketing technology tools. Monitor and analyze data from marketing technology systems to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement new marketing technology solutions. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on marketing technology initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and proactively suggest new technology solutions to improve performance and customer experience.
