What You’ll Do • Provide 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families • Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning • Collaborate with our Clinical Director as needed for complex or crisis cases • Complete documentation efficiently using built-in AI tools • Customize your clinical preferences so we can match you with clients aligned to your expertise Your Schedule & Caseload • Minimum of 5 hours/week, with the option to build up to a full caseload • Weekends and evenings are available but never required • You choose the ages, conditions, and session types you want to work with Qualifications • Active independent license in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent) • 2+ years experience treating children/teens and their families • Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth • Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions • Enjoys autonomy and working in a supportive virtual environment • Spanish bilingual is a plus How We Support You • Fast onboarding — you can be set up and live within just a few days • Full credentialing with major insurance plans (excluding Medicaid) • Private-pay clients included • Transparent and responsive operational support team • No billing, no insurance paperwork, no chasing claims Our Clinical Culture We believe great care comes from empowered clinicians.
