National Project Coordinator

Parallel Technologies is seeking a National Project Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to Project Managers. The role involves managing project setups, procurement of materials, and other tasks as assigned, requiring strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Project Managers Schedule detailed site surveys for multiple client locations Review and submit survey results Issue purchase orders for material orders, lift rentals, and subcontractors Regularly review ongoing project setup Review and confirmation of change orders Attending and note taking for all internal and external project kick off meetings Leverage vendor relationships and databases to provide up-to-date shipping information Review vendor and subcontractor invoices for payment Creating and posting vouchers for vendor and subcontractor invoices Other administrative duties as assigned by the Enterprise Delivery Manager or Project Manager Skills Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent relevant work experience Minimum of one year of relevant experience in project coordination or service coordination in construction, technical service support, or other filed based environment High degree of focus; excellent attention to detail Willingness to learn new subject matter Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, & Outlook required Reliability and the ability to commute to Eden Prairie, MN is essential Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass background, aptitude, & drug test Related degree or additional experience Benefits Eligible for 10% incentive bonus program Company Overview Parallel cultivates, produces, and processes cannabis for medical purposes.
