Join Our Team as a New Graduate Recruiter and Shape the Future of Healthcare Tenet Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider based in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Graduate Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis. As a New Graduate Recruiter, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a recruitment strategy to attract top nursing talent to our organization, with a focus on new graduate Registered Nurses. As a remote recruiter, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with nursing leadership and other stakeholders to identify and attract top talent to our organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategy: Partner with nursing leadership to develop and execute a local recruitment strategy to meet our new graduate workforce goals. Manage Requisition Load: Actively manage a requisition load and hire candidates into positions, including meeting monthly and annual targets for hiring. Build Relationships with Nursing Schools: Develop deep relationships with partner nursing schools through onsite visits, class visits, posting management, career fairs, and hospital-based events to ensure a sufficient pipeline of new grad talent to our workforce. Provide Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis to local executives on our recruitment results, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with Local Executives: Work closely with local executives to ensure that our recruitment efforts are aligned with the needs of our patients and workforce. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Recruitment Experience: At least 3 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for experience in campus recruitment, specifically for nursing roles. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with nursing leadership, partner schools, and other stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Campus Recruitment Experience: Experience in campus recruitment, specifically for nursing roles, is highly preferred. Nursing Knowledge: Knowledge of the nursing industry and the challenges faced by new graduate nurses is desirable. Skills and Competencies Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop effective recruitment plans. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000-$90,000 annually, depending on location, qualifications, and experience.
